This research study is trying to operationalize the phenomenon of employee empowerment in the modern era of globalization, and analyze relationship between empowerment and employee’s performance with respect to QNV 2030.
The Empowerment and Performance in Qatar research is based on testing and reviewing in action the various modern techniques of empowerment, in the fields of organizational performance, individual characteristics, contextual factors, management strategies, business processes and empowerment in its psychological and structural forms.
This extensive research of 4 years is based on direct study of a collection of local, regional and international organizations operating in the State of Qatar, and involved qualitative and quantitative research techniques along with controlled observations of various ongoing projects.
This study reveals that the employee empowerment is a very crucial element for all multinational companies to excel in the modern era of globalization. It shows that employee’s psychological empowerment varies with respect to employee’s nationality.
The study shows that there are significant relationships between structural empowerment and the organizational performance.
